City Garden Grand Hotel Makati Tour Episode 3: Spice Cafe Dinner. Episode 3 of 5. After our sunset cocktails we checked out the City Garden Grand’s Spice Café on the 7th Floor for Dinner. Aside from their international breakfast buffet they also serve a la carte lunch and dinner. We highly recommend their Greek Salad with Goat Cheese, Beef Consomme, Char-Grilled Seabass and For refreshments we started off with an excellent bottle of Valdivieso Chilean Sparkling wine.

The City Garden Grand Hotel is a 4 Star Hotel conveniently located along Makati Avenue and is a top choice for business and leisure travelers seeking accommodation in Metro Manila’s bustling city center. The City Garden Grand Hotel sets a new standard for luxury accommodations by giving guests a home with elegantly designed furniture, modern and spacious lobby tastefully decorated with accents of marble, onyx and hardwood. There are over 300 well appointed rooms and suites, we manage to book one of the 4 Junior Suites on the 30th floor an excellent living space for the discerning traveller. On the 9th Floor the City Garden Grand has a fully-equipped gym with new Life Fitness exercise equipment. The La Famosa Spa located on the 9th floor is available for guests looking to unwind at the end of the long day,highly recommended is the Hilot Massage.


The Firefly roofdeck bar is located at the 32nd Floor the perfect spot for sunset cocktails while enjoying 360 degree panoramic views of Metro Manila. This is one of the best roof deck bars in Manila serving amazing cocktails, craft beer and an international selection of dishes. It is worth visiting even if you are not an in-house guest. The verdict: Try the Lychee Berry Ecstasy best cocktails we have had in years! :-)
